The Enterprise Sales Manager, West Coast is responsible for leading, developing, and scaling a high-performing team of experienced Account Managers. This role is primarily focused on driving new enterprise customer acquisition across the Western United States and Canada, while also accelerating strategic revenue growth within Arelion's existing enterprise customer portfolio. Skills & requirements Demonstrated success selling complex solutions to large enterprise and Fortune 1000 organizations Demonstrated success selling/managing a team selling a value-based solution vs a low-price leader. Proven leadership capabilities with experience building, mentoring, and sustaining high-performing sales teams Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of an organization Strong customer-centric and consultative selling approach Experience operating within both direct sales and agent/channel partner environments Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in telecommunications sales At least 3 years of progressive sales management experience Proven track record in new-logo enterprise sales development Residence within the Mountain or Pacific U.S. time zones Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% Highly organized, responsive, and customer-focused Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities Detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to deadlines, contracts, margins, and sales processes Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, regions, and cultures Results-oriented, hands-on leadership style Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain top-performing sales professionals Job responsibilities Lead the expansion of Arelion's West Coast enterprise business, consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly MRC and revenue objectives Drive new-logo acquisition while maximizing growth opportunities within targeted existing enterprise accounts Establish, implement, and enforce scalable sales methodologies, pipeline management, and performance disciplines aligned with Arelion's enterprise sales strategy Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders Lead complex, high-value negotiations and guide customers through solution evaluation and decision-making processes Collaborate closely with Marketing and Public Relations teams to enhance market awareness and positioning of Arelion's brand and services across North America Recruit, onboard, coach, develop and retain top-tier enterprise sales talent Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture grounded in accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement Job benefits We offer a competitive, marketbenchmarked benefits package combined with a supportive, collaborative culture that makes our company a great place to work.
