Your Core ResponsibilitiesLead & Develop the Team: Onboard, mentor, and actively coach the front-of-house team. Conduct daily accountability conversations to keep performance high and protect our positive culture.
Drive Membership Sales: Lead by example on the floor, coaching the front desk to consistently hit monthly wellness membership sales and promotional targets.
Master Operational Systems: Partner with management to master our multi-platform studio software, maximize room utilization, and play "Tetris" with the booking schedule to eliminate gaps.
Studio Upkeep: Take absolute ownership of the retail space by auditing cleanliness and presentation daily to ensure a premium guest experience.
Build the Bench: Help maintain an "Always-On" recruiting pipeline for front desk and service staff to protect the health and stability of the studio.
Baseline People Management: Strictly Required. You must have 12 years of direct experience leading others, managing staff performance, or holding a team accountable to standards.
Completely Open Availability: Strictly Required. You must have the absolute capability to work peak volume hoursincluding evenings and weekendsto support the team, monitor workplace culture, and audit studio standards.
