Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll build relationships and help customers find the right solutions:
- Make outbound calls to generate and follow up on sales leads
- Identify customer needs and recommend products and services
- Answer questions and provide information via phone, email, and text
- Research and qualify new opportunities
- Maintain and update customer records and sales activity
- Stay informed on products, services, and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer solutions
- Close sales and work toward achieving targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Qualifications

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
