TITLE: Industrial Parts Counter Sales Representative
ABOUT THE JOB: Were looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Counter Representative to deliver exceptional service and help drive sales in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a hands-on role, we want to hear from you. Your responsibilities:
Welcome customers and provide knowledgeable recommendations of industrial products.
Process transactions accurately and handle payments with care
Upsell and cross-sell to enhance the customer experience
Maintain inventory levels and keep the sales area organized and inviting
Comfortable standing most of the shift as well as bending, pulling stock, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales/customer support capacity within an industrial/manufacturing environment, ideally in sales and product knowledge of manufacturing safety equipment, industrial gases/supplies and more.
Experience with Point-of-Sale, CRM and sales reporting software and tools.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Math skills and a positive, professional attitude
Attention to detail and skillful multi-tasking
Professional communication skills
