We are a leading New York City event planning, marketing, and production agency producing corporate events, nonprofit galas, conferences, social celebrations, experiential activations, and high-profile events throughout the year.
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and outgoing Event Planner & Event Sales Coordinator who is passionate about events and looking to build a long-term career in the industry.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients, and loves seeing events come to life from concept to execution.
What You'll Do:
Event Sales & Client Relations
Respond promptly to event inquiries
Conduct discovery calls and assist with client consultations
Schedule and conduct site visits
Follow up on leads via phone, email, and text
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Assist in preparing proposals and moving opportunities through the sales pipeline
Represent the company professionally during meetings, networking events, and site visits
Sales experience is a plus, but strong communication skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude are most important. Training will be provided.
Event Planning & Coordination:
Support senior event producers with planning and execution
Assist with timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, and event details
Attend events and provide on-site support
Maintain organized communication with clients and vendors
Ensure every event is executed at a high level
Marketing & Creative Support (Preferred but Not Required)
Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:
Canva and basic graphic design
Social media management
Content creation and caption writing
Email marketing
Marketing copy and proposal writing
Qualifications Required
- 1-3 years of experience in events, hospitality, customer service, sales, or another client-facing role
- Sales Experience a Plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Positive, professional, and outgoing personality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends when events require it
- Desire to build a long-term career in the events industry

-Corporate event experience
-Bar/Bat Mitzvah experience
-Hospitality, venue, catering, or nightlife experience
-Canva or graphic design skills

Compensation & Benefits:
-$50,000-$65,000 base salary (based on experience)
