SALES COORDINATOR / OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Elk Creek Trailers is a rapidly growing manufacturer of premium restroom and shower trailers sold nationwide.

This is a fast-paced, multi-role position for someone who can think on their feet, communicate professionally, stay organized, solve problems quickly, and help keep projects, sales, purchasing, inventory, and operations moving forward.

We are looking for a sharp, organized, high-energy person to work directly alongside ownership and help support:

This is NOT a sit-around office job.

This is an IN-OFFICE position in Overgaard, Arizona working directly alongside the Owner & Founder of Elk Creek Trailers.

NOT Work-From-Home

A HUGE part of this role is SALES LEAD FOLLOW-UP and CRM MANAGEMENT.

Over just the past 4 weeks, we have generated more than 200 active quotes and opportunities. We need someone who can help organize, track, and follow up on those opportunities so that nothing falls through the cracks.

We generate customer leads nationwide and need someone who can:

Rapidly respond to customer inquiries
Professionally follow up with leads by phone and email
Help build and send quotes
Track and manage leads inside a CRM
Keep detailed notes and communication records
Make sure opportunities do not fall through the cracks
Help move deals toward closing
Help maintain FAST response times to customer inquiries

This role is heavily focused on customer communication, lead follow-up, CRM management, and helping maintain sales momentum throughout the sales process.

We are NOT looking for a commissioned salesperson.

However, we ARE looking for someone with real-world customer-facing sales, follow-up, relationship-building, account management, business development, or CRM experience.

Another major part of this role is helping support operations, purchasing, inventory planning, and project coordination.

Responsibilities May Include:

Customer lead follow-up
CRM management and tracking
Assisting with quotes and proposals
Vendor sourcing and pricing
Obtaining quotes from suppliers
Comparing products, pricing, and lead times
Purchasing support and inventory coordination
Tracking materials needed for production
Scheduling and logistics coordination
Hiring paperwork and onboarding
General executive assistant duties
Helping keep projects and operations organized and moving forward

Strong written and verbal communication
Professional phone and email skills

Sales, CRM, account management, business development, construction, manufacturing, purchasing, inventory control, operations, trailer, RV, contractor, logistics, or project-coordination experience are all a plus.

PAY STARTS AROUND $25/HR
