We're adding two Sales Representatives to the Go Pave Utah team
People who thrive on building relationships, solving real-world problems, and closing deals that make an impact. This is a field-based role focused on selling and servicing asphalt and concrete services to facility teams and decision-makers across the state.
Compensation Range: $60,000 to $150,000+ (base + performance incentives)
Location: Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas
Schedule: Full-time, MF with flexibility for field appointments and client needs
ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage your own book of business through a mix of inbound and outbound outreach to help potential clients.
Walk properties, assess conditions, and develop scopes with accuracy and care for each customer.
Collaborate with our estimating and ops teams to build proposals that deliver exceptional customer value.
Follow up with discipline, close with confidence, and own the customer relationship experience.
Keep your CRM current.
Show up sharp, communicate clearly, and represent the brand like its your own.
QualificationsPrior sales experience ideally in construction, facilities, or service-driven B2B.
Clear communicator, strong closer, and steady on follow-through.
Comfortable on job sites, talking with GCs, PMs, or property owners.
Ability to learn our systems, understand field conditions, and sell with accuracy.
Valid drivers license and a clean, professional presence.
Self-motivated, coachable, and ready to compete the right way.
