Sales Closer Advanced Role / Team Leader
Hybrid Commission Based Role
Team Leads are expected to generate business through the activity of the canvassing team.
Company-generated opportunities will also be distributed as they are received to support overall production.
This position is responsible for turning inspections into signed contracts.
This role provides mentorship and direction to Canvassers, helping raise the performance of the entire team.
Success is measured by close rate, profitability, consistency, retention, and leadership impact.
Compensation
30% of profit from jobs personally closed
10% override on earnings generated by assigned canvassers
Income grows as both personal production and team output improve
Consistent performers commonly exceed $10,000 per month
Top performers earn significantly more
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional sales presentations and secure signed agreements
Build trust with homeowners and guide them through the buying decision
Maintain complete and accurate job documentation
Lead, mentor, and hold canvassers accountable to activity standards
Protect company pricing, scope integrity, and profit margins
Assist in developing entry-level team members into future closers
