Stretch Zone Palm Coast is one of the top-performing studios in a national network of 420+ locations, and we need a Lead Sales Associate who is fired up about driving membership growth, developing a high-performing team, and taking this studio to a new level of performance. This is a full-time leadership role with real earning potential. A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready for the first members.
• You review the days appointments and goals with the team, supporting a positive and focused environment.
• Throughout the day, youre on the floor, greeting members and guests, closing new memberships, coaching your team in real time, and making sure every person who walks through the door has an exceptional experience.
• Youre tracking KPIs, identifying opportunities, and following up on leads. When somethings not working, you figure out why and fix it. When the team hits a goal, you celebrate it and then set a higher one.
• When new Sales Associates join, you help with onboarding and training, ensuring they feel supported from day one.
• Whether leading by example or stepping up when the Studio Manager is off-site, youre a dependable leader who keeps the studio running smoothly.
• By the end of the day, you help close up the studio, celebrate team wins, and prepare for a strong tomorrow.

What You'll Do

• Drive membership sales: Every guest is a potential member. Youre the closer.
• Lead and develop your team: Coach daily, hold people accountable, and model the behavior you expect.
• Retain members: Follow up, connect, and keep members engaged and coming back.
• Own your KPIs: Run reports, understand your numbers, and act on what they tell you.
• Deliver five-star service: Every member and guest gets an exceptional experience, every time.
• Keep operations tight: Open, close, and manage the studio to a high standard daily.

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales track record you close, and you can prove it.
• Leadership experience youve managed or mentored a team.
• Competitive mindset you dont just hit goals; you set new ones.
• Customer-first attitude people genuinely like working with you.
• Data fluency comfortable running reports and acting on what they tell you.
• Wellness or fitness background a definite plus but not required. Well train the right person.

Using patented equipment and proven protocols, Stretch Zone practitioners help members improve athletic performance, increase range of motion, reduce stiffness, and enhance overall reaction time. Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
