Here's how it actually works: our marketing team sets appointments for you. You'll get 12-15 pre-scheduled visits per week homeowners who called us, got pre-approved for financing, and confirmed all decision-makers will be present. You can call them before you drive out. Our reps close 40-50% of appointments. At $600-700 per sale, that's roughly $3,500/week for someone who shows up and does the work. Not a ceiling a floor.
