Our client, an eco-friendly, compostable food ware company based in New York, is looking for a National Sales Director to support their expansion.

National Sales Director Responsibilities:

  • Expand revenue within the existing customer base and identify new business opportunities nationally.
  • Analyze market competition and assess avenues for business development.
  • Attend sales and trade shows to promote current and new products.
  • Conduct in-person visits to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

National Sales Director Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of Sales Management experience, specifically in compostable food packaging. (Bagasse tableware collection, including plates, platters, bowls, and hinged take-out containers.)
  • Proficient in conducting high-level sales meetings and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and capitalizing on market trends.
  • True hunter mentality for sales.
  • Expertise in dealing with Brokers and Distributors.
