About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth in our IT services portfolio, including software development, QA/testing, AI/ML solutions, and digital transformation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through:
Networking, events, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals
Understand client requirements and propose relevant IT services solutions:
Custom software development
QA & automation testing
AI/LLM-based solutions
Cloud & DevOps services
Manage the full sales cycle:

Lead Qualification ? proposal ? negotiation ? closure
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses
Work closely with internal technical teams to create tailored solutions
Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and deal progress
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
24 years of experience in IT services sales or business development (B2B environment)
Strong understanding of IT services (near shore or offshore), including software development, QA automation, cloud, and exposure to AI/ML solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Ability to work independently in a target-driven, revenue-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to outsourcing and offshore delivery models
Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, automation, or SaaS platforms.
Experience in enterprise sales in following domain Health sciences and BSFI.
