Inside Sales Coordinator | Ogden, UT
Job Description:
- Review sales orders to ensure accurate information.
- Determine processing requirements and lead times to provide customers with projected delivery dates and manage orders until fulfillment
- Enter quotes into internal ERP system with a high level of accuracy
- Make outbound calls to current and potential customers to increase sales activity
- Review data to maintain stock levels to support projected demand, make recommendations for changes
- Coordinate resolution of customer complaints by ensuring the issue details are captured accurately, monitor credits, progress and report on the issues during weekly meetings
- Update and maintain part specifications
- Support management and/or other departments with admin tasks when needed
Qualifications Required:
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associates degree preferred but not required
