Independently prospect, follow up, and cultivate personal leads via the CRM, incoming traffic, and referrals.

Deliver an exceptional, seamless OEM-standard buying experience from initial greeting to final delivery.

Foster and maintain a highly positive, motivating, and collaborative culture on the sales floor.

Lead by example in work ethic, professional attitude, and sales process compliance, helping to elevate the skillsets of junior sales staff.

Overall team closing ratio improvements and gross profit metrics on assisted deals.

Successful and timely execution of management-directed tasks.
