We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage and grow customer accounts, uncover new opportunities, and work closely with field sales and operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The right candidate can be based in either Winnipeg or Edmonton and be comfortable coming into the branch and supporting the team in a hybrid work environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customer accounts
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Conduct inbound and outbound sales activities to qualify leads and generate new business
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and recommendations tailored to customer needs
  • Partner closely with Field Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, and account information in Salesforce
  • Monitor account activity and sales performance to drive growth and retention
  • Support customers with a responsive, professional, and solutions-focused approach
  • Participate in customer events, training, trade shows, and other business development activities as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in inside sales, account management, customer service, or business development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and organized approach to managing accounts and opportunities
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is considered an asset
  • Someone who is motivated by growth, customer success, and achieving results
