Responsibilities
Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with product pricing, answer questions about features, and provide detailed explanations to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
Skills
Preferred candidate will have experience in flexible packaging products such as printed/laminated film/pouch bags, however will consider candidate with other packaging experience
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers and team members.
Knowledge of pricing strategies and the ability to apply them in sales conversations.
Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and totals accurately.
Upselling techniques to increase sales volume without compromising customer satisfaction.
