Branded Hospitality is seeking an ambitious, connected, and entrepreneurial Media, Partnerships & Growth Manager to join our team in New York City.

This role sits at the intersection of hospitality, restaurants, foodservice, technology, media, and business development. The ideal candidate understands the evolving hospitality landscape and is passionate about helping restaurant operators, hospitality brands, and emerging technology companies grow through strategic partnerships, storytelling, media, events, and innovation.

This position will focus heavily on sponsorship sales, strategic partnerships, media sales, lead generation, brand collaborations, and relationship building across the restaurant and hospitality ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Drive sponsorship and partnership revenue across Branded Hospitality Media platforms including podcasts, newsletters, events, video content, and digital storytelling Develop relationships with restaurant groups, hospitality operators, foodservice brands, technology platforms, POS companies, fintech, AI, loyalty, workforce, and emerging hospitality tech companies Identify new partnership, sales, and growth opportunities across Branded Hospitality Ventures, Solutions, and Media Support integrated marketing campaigns, activations, conferences, and hospitality industry events Collaborate with internal leadership, media, marketing, and creative teams on partnership strategy and execution Assist with outbound sales, prospecting, proposals, presentations, and client management Build meaningful relationships with founders, executives, operators, investors, and hospitality leaders Help expand the Branded Hospitality Media Network and strategic content initiatives

Qualifications

25+ years experience in hospitality, restaurant technology, media sales, partnerships, sponsorships, marketing, or business development Strong understanding of the restaurant, hospitality, and foodservice industry Passion for hospitality innovation, emerging technology, media, and storytelling Excellent communication, organizational, networking, and relationship building skills Entrepreneurial mindset with strong hustle and creativity Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment NYC based preferred

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $125,000.00)
