Telemarketing Sales Representative [Base Pay & Commission + Bonuses]

Were a growing debt relief company looking for full-time, in-office inbound sales reps who can engage, guide, and close warm leads. This is not a cold-calling role. Every lead you speak to has already reached out looking for help and we provide you with the tools, training, and leadership to walk them through a clear, ethical, and effective sales process. We offer debt validation programs to our clients.
What the Role Involves:
Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses
Taking inbound calls from prospective clients
Listening with empathy and offering strategic debt relief solutions
Working collaboratively in a structured, high-energy office environment
Following up and building trust with leads as needed
Details:
Full-time, in-office, Monday to Friday (8 AM to 5 PM)

Ideal Candidates:
Comfortable on the phone with strong communication skills
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
Coachable, consistent, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
