The Inside Sales position is pivotal in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective and existing customers primarily through phone, email, and in person. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting tailored product solutions, and managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing. Minimum Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling Hardware, Lumber, Building Materials.
Ability to analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Experience working in a Sales environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to identify and qualify potential customers.
Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of leads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and field sales to optimize customer experience and sales outcomes.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms within established guidelines to close sales deals.
