un Director of Sales & Marketing Wanted in Freehold, NJ (Freehold) IPLAY AMERICA LLC 110 Schanck Road compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 per year employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Director of Sales & Marketing Director of Sales & Marketing iPlay America is seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Sales and Marketing Director to lead our growth initiatives and take our brand to the next level. In this strategic leadership role, you will bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and on-the-ground sales execution, ensuring unified messaging that drives revenue and expands market across our multiple brands, including iPlay America, The Bistro, Topgolf Swing Suite, Warehouse 100, and Fundaes Arcade. What You'll Do: Lead the overall sales and business development through daily management and oversight of sales team through development of strategy, tactics, and sales plans. Work closely with your team to identify, pursue new event sales opportunities and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, advertising campaigns, promotions, and special events to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue. Oversee all marketing functions including oversight of agency, digital marketing, advertising, public relations promotions and events. Work closely with all departments of the organization to align marketing efforts with company goals (Operations, Food and Beverage, Sales, etc.). Manage the overall marketing and sales budgets and track ROI of campaigns Who You Are: The ideal candidate is a highly organized sales professional with strong communication skills, marketing experience, sales experience, and the ability to multi-task at a high level, not afraid to put the time in to achieve goals. A Boots-on-the-Ground leader who leads by example, has a strong presence, and thrives on real-time problem solving alongside your team. A seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in marketing & sales, preferably in the hospitality & entertainment industry Strategically minded, with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience Effective communicator with excellent sales and negotiation skills, including upselling and developing leads as well as communication skills to collaborate with a close-knit team and cross-functional teams. Technically proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel Outlook, Google Analytics, social media, & CRM software. Work Environment Combination of office work and on-site event management. Offsite interaction with community leaders and organizations Requires interaction with clients, vendors, and internal hospitality teams. Flexible schedule required depending on event timing. Some nights, weekends and holidays will be required. This position performs other duties as assigned. The hours required for this position will be a minimum of 50 hours per week, recognizing that additional hours will be required to meet deadlines, goals, and oversight of select events. This position will require you to work some nights, weekends, and holidays. This is an office-based position; however, you may also need to attend conferences, trade fairs, and exhibitions.
