Manages assigned customer accounts by handling a variety of pre/post sales functions to ensure the highest quality of customer service.
Principal Responsibilities:
Manages contract customer accounts less than $15m to $5MIntermediate Inventory management and reviewManage Intermediate Consignment Inventory with 5 - 15 locationsUnderstands supported contract and adheres to requirementsProduce basic reports as requiredThe ability to work overtime/storm response when necessaryProactively puts together and understands basic price adjustmentAssists with RFQ's for assigned contract customersPrioritize incoming emails and tasks to meet deadlinesIntermediate Microsoft office Suite skillsComplete Master Data requests as neededIntermediate Power BI skillsParticipate proactively in customer meetingsAnticipate the requirements needed to support the RSM's/DirectorsTravel as needed for customer relations or inventory counts 10%Proactively communicates pertinent information with cross functional teams and Supervisor as requiredAbility to communicate with customersAssist with special projects as needed
