Personal Lines property & casualty account manager

Hannon-Murphy Insurance, with offices in Pembroke, Plymouth, and Osterville, MA, is actively seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. As a primary point of contact for our clients, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their experience with our agency. We're looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with a warm, approachable personality and a genuine passion for helping people.

Minimum Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in property & casualty insurance is required to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Service personal lines accounts, including policy changes and claims handling
• Follow company guidelines and underwriting criteria
• Correspond and interact with clients and insurance company underwriters
• Research and explain coverage questions to clients
• Sell new and additional policies; identify cross-selling opportunities
• Handle initial claims, report losses to carriers, and follow up with clients throughout the process
