Position Overview Innovative biotechnology company specialized in advanced newborn cell preservation and regenerative bio-banking is seeking a Founding Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead commercial growth, physician partnerships, brand positioning, and national expansion. This executive will be responsible for building and scaling the company's sales organization, enrollment strategy, healthcare partnerships, and marketing efforts within an emerging and high-growth healthcare category. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute national sales and growth strategies Build and lead a high-performance sales and enrollment team Establish strategic partnerships with OB-GYNs, fertility clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers Lead digital marketing, consumer education, and customer acquisition initiatives Develop scalable sales processes, KPIs, CRM systems, and operational structures Drive brand positioning and market visibility within regenerative healthcare Qualifications Proven leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Business Development Experience within biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare services, diagnostics, fertility, or related industries Strong track record building and scaling commercial organizations Experience commercializing innovative healthcare solutions requiring market education Knowledge of recurring revenue and subscription-based business models Strong leadership, communication, and team development capabilities Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in high-growth environments
