Are you passionate about developing highperforming sales teams and driving strategic growth in a fastpaced, relationshipdriven environment? We're seeking a highly motivated National Sales Manager for the KI Wall brand to lead our Wall Sales Specialists and Project Managers across multiple markets.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for elevating team performance, expanding market presence, and strengthening KI Wall's competitive position through strategic planning, coaching, and customer engagement.
What You'll Do:In this role, you'll guide and develop a talented team of KI Wall Sales Specialists and Project Managers. You'll spend meaningful time in the field supporting customer interactions, reinforcing sales strategies, and ensuring your team has the tools and direction they need to succeed. You'll also take ownership of coaching plans, newhire training, and ongoing skill development.Key responsibilities include:
Coaching and mentoring team members to elevate performanceTraveling regularly to support field activities and customer engagementCreating monthly coaching plans and overseeing newhire trainingDeveloping annual sales, staffing, and financial plansAligning sales and distribution strategies with District LeadersProviding monthly order and shipment forecastsIdentifying strategic partnerships and teaming opportunitiesBuilding relationships with key clients, A&D firms, and distributors
Researching markets to identify and qualify new opportunitiesLeading or supporting major sales presentationsDriving brand awareness through events and tradeshowsEnsuring CRM accuracy and accountabilityLeading recruiting, onboarding, and performance managementCollaborating with corporate teams to support field execution
Preferred Qualifications:We're looking for a leader with a strong foundation in sales and team development. You should bring a mix of handson sales experience, proven leadership capability, and the ability to influence and motivate others. A background in a related industry is a plus, and success in this role requires strong business acumen, competitive awareness, and excellent communication skills.Ideal candidates will have:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience2-3 years of sales experience and 2-5 years of sales management experienceStrong coaching, mentoring, and leadership abilitiesSolid financial understanding and business acumenExcellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong problemsolving and territory management capabilitiesA valid driver's license and comfort with extensive travel (up to 75% of the time)
