We believe in rewarding hard work and supporting your future.We take care of our peoplebecause we know theyre the heart of everything we do.What You'll Do: Serve as primary relationship lead for assigned Texas and Oklahoma accounts, managing key stakeholder engagement.Build and maintain strong relationships across operations, control room/SCADA, integrity, compliance, and executive teams.Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on retention, growth, and long-term value.Identify expansion opportunities, new use cases, and broader deployment pathways within existing accounts.Support business development efforts from discovery through proposal, evaluation, and deal support.Lead or assist in technical discovery conversations to understand customer needs and requirements.Translate technical solutions into clear operational, financial, and regulatory value for customers.Deliver tailored presentations, demos, and solution discussions to technical and executive audiences.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address customer requirements and technical evaluations.Contribute to go-to-market strategy for new solutions, incorporating customer and operational insights.Support early-stage customer discovery, pilot design, and account targeting for emerging offerings.Gather and communicate market feedback to inform product development, messaging, and launch readiness.Support customer pilots and evaluations with a focus on measurable outcomes and successful adoption.Identify and address barriers to adoption, helping move customers from evaluation to full deployment.Ensure alignment between customer commitments and internal delivery through cross-functional coordination.Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline visibility, forecasting inputs, and consistent follow-through on opportunities.What We're Looking For:Required Education, Experience and/or AbilitiesBachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related business field; with eight to twelve (8-12) years of experience in oil and gas, energy infrastructure, or industrial technology. or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.Strong understanding of pipeline operations; control room environments, SCADA workflows, and operational compliance requirements.Demonstrated experience in business development, strategic account management, technical sales, solutions consulting, and customer success in a leadership capacity.Preferred Education, Experience and/or AbilitiesMasters degree preferred.Additional Eligibility QualificationsBased in Texas with the ability to travel regularly throughout Texas and Oklahoma.English language fluency, verbal and written.Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.Flowstate Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Vets, Disability
