Seeking a Director / VP of Business Development to drive strategic growth and expand enterprise relationships. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing large enterprise engagements, positioning the company as a trusted partner for AI-driven transformation. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial position working directly with the CEO and leadership team to scale enterprise revenue. Key Responsibilities Identify and close large enterprise opportunities ($1M-$10M+). Develop and manage a strong pipeline of digital transformation and managed services deals. Position AI-powered services and data platforms to CIOs, CTOs, and technology leaders. Build executive relationships within telecom, technology, and Fortune 500 companies. Expand partnerships with technology providers and ecosystem players. Represent the company at industry events and strategic meetings. Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to contract execution. Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to develop winning proposals and solutions. Shape SOWs, pricing, and engagement structures. Identify new sectors where AI workflow automation and data control layers can deliver value. Support the development of strategic partnerships and alliances. Required Qualifications 10+ years in enterprise technology sales or business development. Experience selling AI, data platforms, digital transformation, or engineering services. Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals. Strong executive relationships within telecom, technology, or Fortune 500 companies. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing company. Longevity in career.
