PAH Management is a Dallas-based hotel ownership and management company operating 11 select-service properties across five states under the Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt portfolios. We own and operate our assets — which means our Sales Managers have real authority, direct access to leadership, and the ability to make a genuine impact on their property’s bottom line. We are dedicated to developing a culture that places associates first while becoming America’s preferred hotel management company.
The OpportunityThe Sales Manager at Hampton Inn Fort Myers is the revenue driver for the property — responsible for building and maintaining the account base, generating new business across all segments, and partnering with the General Manager to maximize occupancy and RevPAR. Fort Myers is a dynamic and growing market with strong corporate, leisure, and extended-stay demand. This is a role for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives on prospecting, relationship-building, and closing — and who understands that great hospitality and great sales go hand in hand.
What You’ll DoSales & Business Development
- Proactively solicit new business across all market segments — corporate transient, group, government, and extended stay — through direct sales calls, cold outreach, networking, and community involvement.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while consistently developing new leads to build a strong and diversified revenue pipeline.
- Conduct on-site tours and property presentations for prospective clients; convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Participate in sales blitzes, trade shows, chamber events, and local business organizations to build visibility and market share.
- Respond promptly to all sales inquiries, RFPs, and group leads; prepare proposals and negotiate contracts within approved rate parameters.
Revenue & Strategy
- Partner with the General Manager to develop the annual sales plan, set segment goals, and execute quarterly action plans aligned with property revenue targets.
- Monitor local market trends, competitive set performance, and demand generators; adjust strategy proactively to capture opportunities.
- Maintain working knowledge of revenue management principles and collaborate with the GM on pricing decisions that maximize RevPAR.
- Track and report on production by account and segment; present weekly sales activity updates to the General Manager.
Account Management & Guest Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts; conduct regular check-ins and site visits to strengthen relationships and retain business.
- Coordinate with the front desk and operations teams to ensure group and corporate accounts receive seamless, brand-consistent service.
- Resolve account concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate and current account records in the property management and CRM systems.
