This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong customer relationships, drive new business, and deliver solutions that give our clients a competitive advantage. This position offers a competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure , with additional bonus opportunities for top performers. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $100,000+ annually , with no ceiling on your earning potential. Primary Responsibilities:- Serve as the subject matter expert during customer interactions.
- Use consultative selling techniques to position and present services to customers.
- Develop new business through prospecting and lead generation.
- Manage leads from marketing efforts and convert them into closed sales.
- Build additional opportunities within existing accounts through Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Develop and deliver professional proposals and quotes for clients.
- Achieve activity goals, including cold calls, appointments, and proposals.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quota.
- Participate in sales blitzes and company-wide initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and solve problems independently.
- A team-oriented mindset with ownership of work performed.
- Ability to assess customer needs and deliver clear, compelling solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Valid state drivers license required.
