Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support & Customer Coordination
Support sales operations for HKMC NA and manage day-to-day customer coordination.
Handle Purchase Order (PO) processing and shipment coordination.
Manage sales administration documents, including quotations, contracts, and related paperwork.

2. Strategic Cost & Profitability Management
Identify cost-saving opportunities by monitoring production and warehouse operational expenses.
Design optimal cost structures based on industry trend analysis.

3. Market Research & New Business Development
Conduct market research on North American automotive industry trends and identify new project pipelines.
Formulate optimization strategies for CKD (Complete Knock-Down) and raw material supply chains.
