We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to help expand our commercial landscape maintenance and snow removal services while developing long-term partnerships with valued clients. What You'll Do Drive Business Growth Identify and pursue new commercial landscape maintenance and snow removal opportunities Grow existing accounts through proactive relationship management and enhancement sales Develop and execute strategies focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, contracts, and take-offs Build Strong Client Relationships Conduct site walkthroughs and client meetings Deliver outstanding customer service and issue resolution Maintain long-term customer relationships with a focus on high account retention Understand customer goals and provide tailored service solutions Collaborate & Communicate Work closely with operations and production teams to exceed customer expectations Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal departments Support account management, billing coordination, and reporting activities Administrative Responsibilities Prepare sales reports and proposals Manage contracts, enhancements, and account documentation Assist with accounts receivable and customer follow-up What We're Looking For Qualifications Minimum 5 years of sales experience Minimum 5 years of experience in a horticultural or landscape-related industry Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with excellent organizational and follow-through abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Proficiency with technology and computer applications Valid driver's license with a safe driving record Preferred 2- or 4-year degree in a business-related field Bilingual in English and Spanish Why Join Us?
