How you'll make an impact- Develops and acquires new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients.
- Provides service to clients according to their needs, retaining them as clients.
- Participe in team sales situions with other producers and support personnel.
- May manage overall client relionships and is supported by day-to-day account management.
- Assist, educe and develop other staff members in new client sales situions and existing client service requirements.
- Applies industry technologies to new sales, additional sales to existing clients and account service.
- Provides direction in account transfer situions.
- Prepares and implements an individual business plan and production budget.
- Develops and maintains interdivision/intercompany relionships consistent with our corpore culture.
About You
Required: Bachelor's degree, 1 year reled experience, and approprie insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participion in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and approprie insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.
Preferred: Professional designion may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.
Behaviors: Act independently with minimal direction. Strong communicion and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compension package. The base salary range represents the anticiped low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compension will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, educion, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
