Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to support school districts, educators, and administrators in successfully implementing and using our education-focused solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is relationship-driven, highly organized, and passionate about improving outcomes in K12 education.

The Customer Success Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned school and district customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned K12 school and district accounts
  • Lead customer onboarding, training, and implementation activities
  • Build a strong understanding of customer goals, challenges, and success metrics
  • Proactively monitor account health, product usage, and satisfaction
  • Conduct regular check-ins, progress reviews, and planning meetings
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues
  • Support contract renewals and identify opportunities for expanded services
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights internally
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
  • Experience working with K12 schools, districts, or education-related organizations preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM and standard productivity tools
