We are currently looking for a motivated, dependable, and versatile team player to join our company in a long-term career position that combines sales, customer service, office coordination, and hands-on operational experience. Position Overview The ideal candidate will assist with: Booking moves and coordinating schedules Answering phones and assisting customers Preparing estimates and communicating with clients Sales development and customer follow-up Office and administrative support Dispatch and operational coordination Learning field operations and working on moving crews as needed Supporting warehouse and logistics operations when required We want somebody willing to wear multiple hats and become an overall asset to the company. Qualifications Preferred candidates will have: Experience in the moving, transportation, logistics, or storage industry Strong communication and customer service skills Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and general computer systems Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Reliable transportation Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Professional appearance and attitude Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience working as a mover, dispatcher, estimator, transportation coordinator, or sales representative is highly valued.
