Club Manager Position Summary As a Club Manager, you are the face of the club and a leader within the member experience. Your mission is to create a welcoming, motivating, and results-driven environment where members feel supported from the moment they walk in. This role combines leadership, sales, relationship-building, and coaching. Youll guide prospective members through tours and the enrollment process, build strong connections with current members, and help drive the overall growth and success of the club.
