KAM will be responsible for growing and managing printing sector clients by acquiring new business and strengthening long-term relationships in Slask and Silesian areas.

  • several years of experience in sales of printing and finishing equipment within the commercial printing industry (e.g. digital presses, finishing and post-press solutions),
  • solid understanding of the digital and offset printing market, including current industry technologies,
  • proven experience in acquiring new customers as well as developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients,
  • good command of English, both spoken and written,
  • native or fluent Polish language skills,
  • experience in providing consultative advice on offered solutions,
  • strong persuasion and influencing skills,
  • highly developed negotiation skills combined with active listening ability,
  • willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.Canon Core Behaviours

Responsible for achieving the sell-on sales budget for the allocated Accounts and subsequent tasks required in achieving the set targets.

Develop, implement and monitor Strategic & Tactical Business Plans and co-ordinate all appropriate resources to enable achievement of business objectives for the allocated Accounts.

Responsible for utilising and planning investments to maximise business performance return on investment.

Monitor and analyse the Account data and optimise continuous business performance as well as create business opportunities on local level.
