Vice President Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial or B2B capital equipment sales, with a proven record of exceeding targets Minimum 5+ years in a senior sales leadership or management position Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred Prior experience selling CNC machine tools, grinding machines (prefer experience with selling Grinding Machines), or related precision manufacturing equipment Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools for effective decision-making Ability to understand technical specifications and communicate value to engineering and procurement audiences Willingness to travel up to 30- 40% for client meetings, trade shows, and internal team activities. Must be willing to relocate to Grand Rapids, Michigan.
