What Youll Do

In this high-impact sales leadership role, you will:

Drive new business growth by proactively securing brokerage listings and acquisition agreements.

Own the entire aircraft sales lifecycle-valuation, pricing, spaneting, negotiation, and closing.

Market and sell both Elliott Jets inventory and client listings with precision and speed.

Identify offspanet opportunities and emerging customer needs.

Craft and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue, margin, and inventory goals.

Represent Elliott Jets at conferences, industry events, and networking venues nationwide.

Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless client experiences and accurate documentation.

Stay sharp with ongoing spanet intelligence, competitor insights, and aircraft value trends.

What You Bring

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management-or equivalent experience preferred

3+ years of direct aircraft sales, aircraft brokerage, or business aviation sales experience.

A track record of meeting or exceeding aircraft sales targets.

Strong understanding of aircraft valuation, prebuys, and transaction structures.

A robust aviation network (owners, operators, brokers, lenders, MROs, etc.).

Proven ability to independently generate leads and close complex, highvalue deals.

Exceptional negotiation, CRM discipline, and organizational skills.

Experience with Part 91/135 operations, MRO relationships, or fleet groups.

Familiarity with key industry platforms: Controller, Amstat, Jetnet, Aircraft Post, Aircraft Exchange, etc.

Ability to assess logbooks, maintenance status, and competitive comps.

A selfdirected, strategic thinker who thrives in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment.
