Vice President of Sales

The Vice President of Sales provides strategic and operational leadership across retail store operations and outside/field sales channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel sales strategy that drives revenue growth, strengthens sales culture, and ensures consistent execution across all customer touchpoints.

VP of Sales Responsibilities

  • Leads retail and territory-based sales teams, establishes performance standards and KPIs
  • Partners closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align sales execution with company objectives.
  • Revenue forecasting, strategic planning, team development, and performance management.

VP of Sales Qualifications

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience
  • B2C and B2B leadership experience
  • Leadership experience in retail stores and field sales
  • Hands-on leader, comfortable talking to consumers or collaborating in the Board Room
  • Critical and creative thinker
  • Willing to be in office or service area every day
