The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting sales operations through data management, vendor coordination, and administrative process execution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all sales-related activities.
- Enter, update, and maintain sales data, quotes, and tickets within internal systems (including CRM platforms such as ConnectWise)
- Prepare, manage, and track vendor paperwork and documentation across multiple suppliers
- Support sales representatives with administrative tasks related to deals, renewals, and order processing
- Generate and process quotes using standardized pricing and vendor information
- Monitor order status, approvals, and documentation to ensure timely and complete execution
- Maintain organized records of vendor contracts, pricing details, and supporting documentation
- Assist with internal ticket updates and coordination tied to sales activities
- Ensure all sales-related data and documentation is accurate, complete, and properly recorded
Required:
- Strong administrative, organizational, and data entry skills
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across systems, vendors, and documentation
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional written communication skills
- Experience with CRM or sales tools such as ConnectWise (quoting, ticketing, or sales modules)
- Background in sales administration, operations support, or office coordination
- Experience working in technology, IT services, or managed service environments
- Familiarity with vendor quoting, order processing, or contract tracking
