Job Description
MAU is hiring a Remote Regional Technical Sales Manager for our client
in Franklin, GA. As a Regional Technical Sales Manager, you will manage
an assigned sales territory to achieve or exceed order intake, turnover,
and cash flow targets for measuring transformers while serving as the
primary interface between the company and customers. This is a
direct-hire opportunity. This is a fully remote position open to
candidates located anywhere in the U.S.
Benefits Package
- $115,000-$130,000 annual salary
- Annual bonus structure reflective of revenue/profit
- 401(k) match up to 5%
Shift Information
- Remote role
- Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM*
- *Hours may vary according to business needs
Education and Experience
- Technical degree from a technical college or higher (electrical
engineering preferred)
- 5+ years of outside sales experience of technical products
(industry/manufacturing preferred, electrical/energy industry
preferred)
- Knowledge of an ERP system - preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High degree of independence and customer focus with motivation to
achieve long-term customer loyalty
- Ability to coordinate and cooperate with different departments and
customers
- Ability to coordinate several parallel projects
- Willingness to engage with other cultures in international business

Essential Functions
- Manage sales activities (customer care, acquisition, consulting,
quoting, and sales processing) for the U.S. affiliate
- Respond to all RFQs and inquiries and prepare commercial and
technical quotations, including calculations
- Build and maintain efficient customer relationships and understand
customer-specific needs
- Define and implement sales strategies appropriate to each customer
to secure and expand volume and further develop business
relationships
- Define and implement sales targets, product mix, and pricing
strategy
- Conduct contract negotiations
- Identify new sales opportunities with existing and prospective
customers and execute necessary sales activities
- Ensure appropriate commercial and technical aspects in offer
preparation, including pricing, delivery conditions, and trading
conditions (export restrictions, etc.)
- Manage external representatives (agents, dealers, etc.) within the
assigned sales area
- Develop and maintain the agent network to ensure complete sales
territory coverage
- Lead sales-related projects and coordinate information flow between
the affiliate, customers, representatives, and internal
departments
- Monitor customers' financial situations and ensure timely payment
- Achieve targets related to delivery reliability, product quality,
service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Create and update the sales budget and sales forecasts
- Participate in and support marketing campaigns (trade fairs,
presentations, etc.)
- Develop and update market intelligence related to customers,
competition, trends, and new developments
Working Conditions
- Remote work environment
- Approximately 25% travel within the U.S. and occasionally
international travel
- Sales region of coverage will be determined based on the domicile of
the selected candidate
Qualifications:
