The Events, Marketing & Sales Coordinator, is responsible for leading the planning and execution of events while driving marketing initiatives and supporting sales growth. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on coordination, ensuring exceptional event experiences, strong brand visibility, and measurable revenue impact. Key Responsibilities

Event Management & Strategy

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all events, including corporate, social, promotional, and community events
  • Develop event concepts, timelines, budgets, and post-event evaluations
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, logistics, and on-site execution
  • Ensure all events align with brand standards, client objectives, and revenue goals
  • Oversee event staff, contractors, and volunteers as needed

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events, services, and brand initiatives
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, website updates, and event promotions
  • Create and manage marketing collateral such as presentations, flyers, proposals, and branded materials
  • Track and analyze marketing performance and event ROI

Sales Coordination & Business Development

  • Support sales efforts by generating leads, responding to inquiries, and preparing proposals and contracts
  • Coordinate with sales teams to convert prospects into booked events and partnerships
  • Maintain client relationships before, during, and after events to drive repeat business
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies, packages, and promotional offers

Client & Stakeholder Relations

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and partners
  • Conduct client meetings, site tours, and presentations
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively
