Marine Sales Manager driving marine engine business growth in North America through customer development, technical-commercial support, and project lifecycle coordination. Job Responsibilities: Manage and grow marine engine business across distributors, shipyards, commercial fleets, government agencies, and OEM partners
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities across customer channels
Promote marine engine families, powertrains, and hybrid or auxiliary solutions
Prepare commercial offers, technical quotations, and supply contracts
Support customer satisfaction throughout the full sales cycle
Participate in trade fairs, customer events, and technical presentations
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
Provide commercial and technical guidance on engine selection, power ratings, duty cycles, cooling systems, certification requirements, emissions compliance, and installation best practices
Serve as a regional commercial and technical reference for distributors, shipyards, fleets, government agencies, and OEM partners
Collaborate with engineering, product marketing, application engineering, after-sales, and quality teams to support customer needs
Support customers through concept evaluation, feasibility, design-in, factory acceptance, commissioning, and post-delivery support
Participate in sea trials, technical workshops, and audits as required
Provide structured market and project feedback to global teams to support product development and portfolio planning
Job Requirements: Experience managing and growing marine engine or powertrain business in North America
Experience supporting customers with engine selection and application-specific product configuration
Knowledge of marine engines, powertrains, and hybrid solutions
Experience preparing commercial offers, technical quotations, and supply contracts
Knowledge of power ratings, duty cycles, cooling systems, certification requirements, emissions compliance, and installation practices
Experience supporting customers through multiple project phases, from concept through post-delivery support
Preferred Skills: Experience working with shipyards, fleet operators, naval architects, distributors, system integrators, government agencies, and OEM partners
Experience participating in sea trials, technical workshops, and audits
Sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis experience
Cross-functional experience with engineering, product marketing, after-sales, application engineering, and quality teams
