Kendall Ford of Bozeman is a family-owned dealership with deep roots in the community and part of the Kendall Auto Group. We are a high-volume Ford store serving Gallatin Valley and the surrounding region, known for strong customer relationships, repeat business, and a commitment to long-term growthfor both our clients and our team. We're seeking a motivated, relationship-driven professional to lead and grow our fleet/commercial sales division. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships with local businesses, contractors, and municipalities in a high-demand truck market.
What You'll Do
Develop and manage commercial and fleet accounts
Prospect new business and grow an existing client base
Recommend truck and van solutions tailored to customer operations
Coordinate upfits, ordering, and delivery logistics
Partner with service and parts to support clients long-term

What We're Looking For
Sales experience (automotive, B2B, or commercial preferred)
Strong relationship-building and prospecting skills
