Cold Caller Needed for Real Estate Deals | High Commission compensation: $5,000 SEVEN HOUSES REAL ESTATE We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled cold caller to join our real estate team. This role is focused on contacting property owners in Florida and identifying opportunities to purchase homes. We provide the lead lists. Your responsibility is to manage communication, build rapport, and guide conversations toward potential deals. Requirements: * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Ability to connect emotionally with homeowners and build trust * Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) * Experience with cold calling and handling objections * Ability to manage and track leads using a CRM * Consistent follow-up and organization skills * No specific documents required, we are looking for motivated individuals ready to perform Responsibilities: * Call and follow up with leads provided by our team * Qualify sellers and identify motivated prospects * Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM * Nurture leads through consistent follow-up * Work toward closing deals by setting up opportunities for acquisition Compensation: * $5,000 per property we successfully put under contract as a result of your efforts * Target goal is 1 property per week Additional Details: * This is a remote position * However, we prefer candidates based in or near Los Angeles, as we would like to meet in person initially to build trust and alignment This is a performance-based opportunity with high earning potential for the right person.
