SUMMARY OF ROLE: The Sales & Marketing Director plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to increase/maintain occupied units and census through the sales process, and secondarily to coordinate marketing activities to further the Community brand. SHIFT : Monday-Friday, Day Shift. Evenings/Weekend may be required. Knowledge and Critical Skills Proven ability to drive occupancy growth through strategic marketing, lead generation, and community outreach initiatives Strong relationship-building skills with residents, families, referral partners, and local healthcare providers Excellent communication and sales skills, including conducting tours, closing leads, and managing the full sales cycle Experience analyzing market trends, competitors, and performance metrics to adjust strategies and improve results Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations and clinical teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and resident experience Education and Experience Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position. Bachelor's degree and/or 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing preferred. Proficiency with sales and marketing tools preferred.
