Roofing Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team! You will play a vital role in generating leads, conducting product demos, and closing sales to ensure our clients receive the best roofing options available.

• Talk with homeowners face to face (door to door)
• Set qualified appointments for our sales team
• Log leads in JobNumbus(CRM system)
• Work a minimum of 33 hours per week (includes training)

• Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales within the construction or roofing industry is highly preferred.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals confidently.
• Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and territory management.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as JobNimbus for lead tracking and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations.
• Ability to perform cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales activities effectively.
• Strong analysis skills to evaluate market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to retail sales or technology sales is a plus.

We are looking to hire a minimum of 6 appointment setters across Utah and Southeast Idaho. You will cover counties two to three appointment setters per county.
