This role is ideal for an experienced beverage alcohol sales leader who is comfortable in the field, experienced with distributor management, and capable of building disciplined sales systems that scale. The position is designed to grow into a Director-level role as the business expands. Candidates for this role must be relocatable within the designated area of NC. Position Overview: The Senior Sales Manager oversees wholesale sales execution across distributor partners and an internal sales team. This role is accountable for achieving volume targets, improving distributor execution, and developing a high-performing, accountable sales organization. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring frequent in-market work, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and regular statewide travel.
