What You Will Do Reporting into the Executive team, the Vice President of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales organization, and shaping go-to-market strategy. This person will provide strategic direction to a high-caliber sales team across mass retail, club, grocery, and other channels. This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to influence business decisions while building structure, accountability, and momentum across the sales function. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive revenue and profitability. Lead, coach, and develop a team of 12-15, including Directors and Key Account Managers. Oversee performance across multiple channels including mass, club, grocery, and home center and hardware stores. Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategic planning and decision-making. Establish KPIs and drive accountability to ensure team and company goals are met. Provide strategic oversight of customer relationships; participate in key meetings (e.g., annual reviews) as needed. Drive channel strategy and optimize performance across each segment. Partner cross-functionally, particularly with New Product Development, to support product launches and innovation. Own sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking. Bring structure, clarity, and consistency to a team evolving across channels and account ownership. Who You Are You are a seasoned sales executive with CPG leadership experience, known for building high-performing teams and driving revenue growth across mass, club, grocery, and retail channels. You thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution bringing structure, accountability, and cross-functional partnership to fast-paced, evolving organizations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 15+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally within CPG. Proven experience leading and scaling sales teams. Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on accountability, team development, and performance management. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Solid financial and analytical acumen, including forecasting and budget management.
