Summary:

Greentech Renewables competitive Sales Training Program provides the tools and training for learning the ins and outs of one of the nations fastest growing industries. In this approximate 24-month rotational position, you will be exposed to various roles in each facet of the company, gaining experience in all aspects of the business. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, exemplifies stellar time management and communication skills, and is excited to be empowered and involved in business goals and initiatives.

In this position, you will:

+ Learn all aspects of the Greentech Renewables business

+ Attend classes online as well as in-person at various locations

+ Participate in on- the-job training and mentoring

+ Establish, develop, and maintain relationships and rapport with solar customers

+ Contribute to goal-planning with Division and Training Managers

Reports to: Profit Center Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Must be at least 21 years of age

+ Bachelors Degree

+ Current, valid drivers license with acceptable driving record

+ Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by Greentech Renewables now or in the future)

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Must be a self-starter who can handle multiple tasks at the same time

+ Must be able to take initiative in projects and be proactive

+ Must be detail-oriented and possess a good work ethic

+ Stellar communication & time management skills

+ Must be organized and enjoy collaborative problem-solving

+ Must be team-oriented and highly motivated with strong collaboration skills

Working Conditions:

+ Conditions vary based on the trainees current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments.

+ During some segments, activities will include lifting 50+ lbs, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions.

+ Office segments may include sitting for extended periods.

+ Various segments will include some travel.
