ABB Canada is seeking a driven, resultsoriented sales professional to join our Electrification Services Sales team in the North Ontario region, this senior individual contributor role is ideal for a hunterminded service sales expert who excels at developing new opportunities while building and sustaining longterm strategic customer relationships.
By delivering full lifecycle service solutions to end users, partners, and value partners, you will directly contribute to increased order intake, profitability, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. The successful candidate will take a proactive, consultative sales approachtargeting key market segments and developing strong Clevel relationships.
This role contributes to the Electrification Services Sales team supporting North Ontario region
Location: Sudbury
Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days a week in office
Reports to: Central Region Sales Manager
This role is contributing to the Electrification Services Sales team in North Ontario region
Responsibilities:
Own and grow the Electrification Services business within the North Ontario region, with responsibility for assigned and target accounts.
Identify, develop, and close new service opportunities, while expanding existing strategic customer relationships.
Position ABB as a trusted advisor by providing valuebased, full lifecycle service solutions for medium and lowvoltage (MV/LV) assets.
Lead strategic opportunity development and proposal creation in collaboration with EL Sales, FrontEnd Sales, Engineering, and Proposal teams.
Develop and execute annual and multiyear strategic account and regional sales plans, including the growth and management of Service Agreements.
Actively develop and support ABBs Value Partner Programme within the territory.
Maintain an accurate and disciplined sales pipeline and customer engagement records using Salesforce (SFDC).
Monitor market and regional economic trends to identify customer needs and drive market share growth. Leverage digital tools and deep industry knowledge to drive safe, effective, and compliant sales efforts.
Qualifications:
Minimum ten (10) years of experience and strong working knowledge Medium and Low Voltage Electrical Infrastructure, including switchgear, MCCs, transformers, and associated equipment.
Electrical Engineer designation or equivalent technical experience.
Proven experience selling services in a consultative, valuebased sales environment (e.g., maintenance, agreements, modernization, engineering, digital solutions).
Experience selling longterm service agreements and establishing channel partnerships.
Demonstrated ability to develop new client relationships while growing and sustaining existing accounts. all the while
Strong CRM discipline with Salesforce (SFDC). Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)
Familiarity with utility, industrial, or large commercial customers, with demonstrated ability to engage and influence seniorlevel and executive stakeholders.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicants qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $105,375 and $140,500 annually.
